At Philips Domestic Appliances, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your home appliance, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the appliance you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and promotional items are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over the package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
